Then I paid my card off in cash right after I maid my purchase at the same register and the same manager. 2 months later I get a text from Belk saying I owe money on my card which I paid off the same day. Do not shop at the Belk in Lincolnton NC .

Store is bright and clean and items displayed nicely. Like the change they made several years ago in the shoe department. You can go through the stacks and try on as many as you like to get that perfect pair. Great digital coupons on Belk.com and they seem to have daily sales.

She said it was a new policy put in place within the last couple of years. I called corporate and they confirmed it is NOT their policy to require buyers to submit their cell phone number with an in-store purchase. Know your rights all!!
