The store manager, Matt went OUT of his way to have what I was looking for when I made it to town. ( I drove 40 minutes to shop here) . Once I was in store and was looking at some other items, he even went as far as using his personal phone to pull up information on a bow my son uses for archery to insure I was purchasing the right target for the right bow. As the store manager, I can only imagine how busy he stays on a daily basis as I use to be in management myself, but he never once made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time or he never rushed me or acted like I was an inconvenience!!! Instead of him letting me buy a more pricy target, which was the wrong target he took the time to find the correct target. As a consumer, that means a lot. He was more concerned about my satisfaction with my purchase versus just being an employee on the clock waiting to clock out , and never once showed any aggravation with my questions I had or the lack of knowledge that I had on what I was looking to buy. Highly recommend this store and like I said, I have local sporting goods stores where I live but Dunhams has won my business from here on out regardless if it is a 40 minute drive !!!! Thank you Matt! You made the visit exceptional!!!
