- OOOOO OOOApr 13, 20261.0These store employees could literally give a crap about your business or giving you good decent customer service. Came in today to buy some pants. Rude attitude by Abbey. Playing on phone at makeup counter. Acted as if I was a big pain in the butt for interrupting her. Made the transaction and pants were not folded just thrown into the bag. Contacted manager Pam. Neither of them apologized for extremely poor customer service. Apparently that's what you get in Lenoir North carolina. You definitely don't get this sort of situation in Charleston. Columbia. Or any other location. This is not the first time. Man they must be desperate to keep people on. No wonder the store is practically dead anytime you walk in there.
