  I would certainly not recommend this place! As some of the other reviews have stated, the customer service at this location is awful— I had a way less than satisfactory experience here today. I came into this location after purchasing scrubs from a store within this same plaza, with the intention of purchasing a new pair of HOKA shoes (Bondi SR which are not sold many places) and hopefully finding a new pair of Ariat boots. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted in anyway and there were no other customers in the store at the time. The two girls at the front turned and looked at me, proceeded to have their conversation, and did not even acknowledge my existence. I continued to browse the shoe section and not a single time did anyone ask if I needed help or if there was anything in particular that I might have been looking for. A few minutes after my browsing, another customer walked into the store, and the same people who did not even acknowledge me were so eager to speak with this gentleman and find out his needs. I have never felt more disregarded in my life! As someone who dedicates their life to treating others well, this was beyond unacceptable. I understand that I may not fit the typical image of your preferred customer, but I am still a paying customer, none the less. I could have easily spent $500 in the store today, had someone simply spoken to me. But instead, the store employees went out of their way to help someone who spent less than $50. Not greeting or acknowledging certain customers is a clear indication that their business is not welcomed there. In summary, this location only caters to a certain demographic— which is TERRIBLE for business. The Charlotte location is certainly worth the drive if you expect to be treated like a paying customer. Additionally, I would like to give Amber a shoutout!!!! She was not at the front of the store when I initially entered, but she made sure to acknowledge every customer that came in after me— regardless of their appearance. Amber was eager to lend a helping hand and extremely apologetic when I shared with her my experience. Amber should remain on the frontline, as she understands good customer service and southern charm :)

  They were very helpful as I was trying to find a specific pair of shoes. They called another store for me, and we drove over and picked them up. Easy peasy!!!
