  I placed an order to be shipped to store before a trip & unfortunately the item didn’t make it until the day we left. I called freaking out because I wouldn’t be back before the pick up window & really didn’t want to miss the deal I got on these shoes. The powers at play lead me to Aika who had 10/10 customer service & found a way for my order to be kept in store until I was able to make it back to pick up. Though we didn’t get to say thank you in person we just wanted you to know we’re very grateful & I have a very happy toddler that got his “favorite shoes” for Christmas thanks to you.
