  My husband and I visited the Jacksonville Mall's JC Penney on Saturday, December 13th 2025. The experience was absolutely amazing. All the staff members we encountered were great!!! I think the first staff member was a manager and she was very helpful and courteous. But Kelly and Cheryl were a 10 out of 10. These ladies were friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. The prices were right. And again kudos to Kelly and Cheryl, you ladies Rock!!!!

  Old fashioned mall department store. Product selection (bedding) was less than plentiful but at least what we bought in person did not have a chance of being liberated by porch pirates if I had bought it online. Cashiers were very busy but made an effort to be pleasant while staying efficient.

  The Store Manager Catherine, and Supervisor Sherry at JCPENNEY in the Jacksonville Mall are magnificent!! My wife and I stopped in the store on Sunday afternoon, 11/30. Catherine was so welcoming and engaging with her customers. Sherry was busy, but she had no problem at all in stopping what she was doing to answer a question that we had. The customer service from this management team was superb. I worked in retail for 30 years myself, and it is always a great feeling to be treated so well when you are out and about shopping. The store was very busy, but it was well organized and looked great.
