  I’ve been shopping at Lululemon for at least 10 years. The Birkdale staff is the best, very personable, great vibes and fun to work with. I recently had them at my gym Activ Fitness for a mobility and strength training session, what an incredible experience. Next we will be hosting a run club event with them.

  I had a great experience here with the staff. I forget his name, but I spoke with someone who helped me with a product issue. He and the girls there were very kind and helpful. I really appreciate their assistance and understanding. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Great location and great staff.

  I have to say, the staff here is absolutely the best. There were a couple of people that helped me along the way to figure out which set(s) to get, but I have to say Ms. Trippy, is such a sweet heart! She is so patient & genuine. I cannot thank her enough for helping me figure out which items to get, even if it took me multiple try ons & 2+ hrs in the store! A moment I will treasure. Thank you for being so Patient with me, Ms. Trippy & everyone!

  Had a bad customer experience here. When we went to try on clothing we were told only one person in a fitting room at a time, which is understandable, but we asked if another adult could go in with a Mom and her infant so she could try on cloths and not be separated from her baby. We were told not that this is policy. Disappointing experience from a company that is suppose to support women that they won’t help a Mom feel comfortable in the store with her baby.
