    Goodwill in Huntersville I can alway find great items. The cashiers are awesome jalyasia,amaiya and cambree very helpful. I look around they always hanging clothes or at the register ringing somebody up.

    This goodwill is nice but I HATE the color coordination! This trend had to go!!! I know it will never change because it would take too long but please listen to your customers - organizing by color and not size is a real buzzkill. It takes forever to find anything and is overwhelming. If you’re going to organize by color at least tag the hangars with color coordination or have tags hanging off the items for each identification. My boyfriend and I were over this within 5 minutes of browsing the racks. Maybe management wants people to be in the store longer but that’s about the only thing this does. Sure it looks pretty, but I never come in wanting something in a specific color. I come in to browse my size and find what I like. I likely will not come back because of this. Unfortunate.

    I love this Goodwill, however there is an older woman who stalks the workers putting out new items and becomes hostile with people trying to shop. She came up to me and said I couldn't look at a coffee cup, and I asked her why and did she work here, her response no I shop here. The worker came and I mentioned it to him as he was putting the coffee cups on the shelf, and this crazy woman grabbed them lmao. Look lady we all shop here and the next time I won't respect my elders The employee was apologizing for the ladies' actions and said she does this all the time.
