  Loved that they matched the online price for my jeans... but I didn't see any male clothing & the employee said that, that store doesn't have a clearance section or items available. Overall though my experience was amazing, especially with the young lady that was helping me during my visit. The customer service was great from the greeting upon entering the store to the employees all having a smile on their and actually doing their work & not just standing around on their phones. It's hard these days to find youth have respect towards customers & actually doing what they're job/responsibilities are while on yhe clock.

  We waited in a long line. A client was on the phone at the register for about 15 minutes and only two cashiers were on. A woman asked if there was someone else that could be called to the fro t to help but was answered they were short staffed. It was disappointing to see that the cashiers just laughed at the woman that put in the request. Totally not good customer service.

  Very short staffed. What appeared to be the manager of the store was allowing a woman on the phone to stay at the register for 15 minutes while there was an extremely long line. The woman appeared to have a return or exchange issue but should have stepped aside to let others go as they sorted it out. Another woman in line asked for them to call someone up and they vocalized they were understaffed and began to mock the woman and laugh at her in front of everyone. Very immature way of handling customers.
