- MRMolly RFeb 21, 20265.0Recently shopped here to try and find jeans for a performance with a pickup order. I decided to try them on in-store and was immediately helped and greeted by the employees! I was struggling to find some that would work and one of the employees came and helped me find many that fit my criteria in my size which was so helpful! Eventually I decided to keep the ones I had done as part of the pickup order and they got everything taken care of very quickly for me. I also found some cute jeans for the next time I come back, which will be very soon!

Overall though my experience was amazing, especially with the young lady that was helping me during my visit. The customer service was great from the greeting upon entering the store to the employees all having a smile on their and actually doing their work & not just standing around on their phones. It's hard these days to find youth have respect towards customers & actually doing what they're job/responsibilities are while on yhe clock.

What appeared to be the manager of the store was allowing a woman on the phone to stay at the register for 15 minutes while there was an extremely long line. The woman appeared to have a return or exchange issue but should have stepped aside to let others go as they sorted it out. Another woman in line asked for them to call someone up and they vocalized they were understaffed and began to mock the woman and laugh at her in front of everyone. Very immature way of handling customers.
