Genesis was great and the staff personality was very approachable. They had all smiles and focused on work and focus directly on drawing in business. Thank you all and happy New Year with all success.

Had not been in this store in years & I certainly won’t be going back. I went in looking for something for my husband with my 3 year old daughter. Halfway through looking, she says “mommy I have to pee”, so I ask “do you have a restroom?” To which the associate says “no, I’m sorry ma’am” I said you don’t have a single restroom in here that a 3 year old could use? She said, again, “no I’m sorry ma’am” so we walked out and went next door to the closing Office Depot, who was more than willing to let us use their restroom. As we were walking out, the girl said “thanks to our lovely manager” and I’m assuming she meant the manager makes the store policy of no public restroom, which is crazy to me.

Would not let my husband add points to my account because he wasn’t the “account holder” yet we were shopping together. What’s the difference in me buying the items vs him??? I mentioned leaving a review about this for the owner and the lady said “she’s been getting on to us about it” and offered to tell her for me but I opted to leave it here so she can see it for herself in my exact words and experience.
