- MRMargaret ReadAug 18, 20223.0Customer service at store 280 is great! They had a great manager for the last 6 years very involved with customers and associates always went the extra mile! Sad to see him leave! Everyone’s starting leaving since then!Upper management was and still is the problem they didn’t then and still don’t value their employees! The district manager has one of the rudest nastiest attitudes I couldn’t believe she spoke to her employees the way she did! Nothing was ever done people get tired of not Being appreciated.. people get tired of the false hope of moving up when In fact they were just used to fill voids until someone else was hired.overall 280 is nice clean and was always organized the associates and store manager were always friendly! They had a few that were bad apples but they came and went… it was two people that were always there always covering for other people always in the store.. best wishes to the store manager and the top associate Mary!!
