But the man working turned me away and told me to come back later because one person was looking at new sunglasses. He was a complete jerk and aggressive over a simple question. Very rude. I will not be going back to buy anything from that guy.

Treva and Sandy were the best and very knowledgeable of all the different glasses available. They set a great tone in the store and were both very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely make a trip back to this store in the future. Thank you ladies!!

Little did I know the salesman rang the glasses up as the wrong brand and style, now I have went back to use the replacement plan and they can't do anything because the styles and brand don't match up....
- KRKaylin RamirezFeb 21, 20261.0Came in 2/21 to buy my sister a pair of quality sunglasses for her birthday. While she was getting a pair to try on she knocked a couple on the floor. I’m sure this is a common occurrence but the boy behind the counter says that’s like 6 pairs you just bought and this larger woman with distasteful faded prison esque hand/arm tattoos said “literally” in an annoyed tone and shoved her way into fixing the display. Immediately leaving my sister embarrassed and upset. I noticed this and immediately left ruining her birthday gift experience. My husband and I have bought several pairs here before therefore we thought this would be a good experience for her as well. We were terribly mistaken and plan to look elsewhere outside of Hickory.
