- JWJames Whitesides5 days ago1.0I had an appointment for two o'clock today. It is one twenty I made a special trip to get my haircut. We'll they called and canceled. Get this they could not get a register open. I asked if they could take cash and Mattie sayed no. I guess they will lose my business from now on. I went by and they were just cutting up and laughing and you know what their scissored still worked and they had a pen to write down my information and take cash. This is why jcpenny in asheville closed down........
