  I bought glasses last year and paid extra for the replacement plan. Little did I know the salesman rang the glasses up as the wrong brand and style, now I have went back to use the replacement plan and they can't do anything because the styles and brand don't match up....

  Came in 2/21 to buy my sister a pair of quality sunglasses for her birthday. While she was getting a pair to try on she knocked a couple on the floor. I’m sure this is a common occurrence but the boy behind the counter says that’s like 6 pairs you just bought and this larger woman with distasteful faded prison esque hand/arm tattoos said “literally” in an annoyed tone and shoved her way into fixing the display. Immediately leaving my sister embarrassed and upset. I noticed this and immediately left ruining her birthday gift experience. My husband and I have bought several pairs here before therefore we thought this would be a good experience for her as well. We were terribly mistaken and plan to look elsewhere outside of Hickory.

  the woman working at 2pm was rude. I dropped some sunglasses by accident and apologized. she had an attitude as soon as we walked in. makes no sense considering they make commission. we didn’t even look anymore after that and won’t be returning.

  My husband and I came in and there were two women in the store. I walked up to the counter and waited for a staff member, thinking the two ladies were customers, since their conversation was personal. After a few minutes of waiting, the ladies said, “Okay, I’ll see you later”, and one left, only then did we realize one was actually the employee. She asked how she could help and I told her I was making a return. Before she even looked at what I was returning, she grimmest, like she wasn’t going to be helpful. She opened the box and immediately said that they’re not in their original condition and said that she wouldn’t take them back. After some back and forth, we decided she wasn’t going to help us and we left without making the return. She ended our experience by saying “Byyyeee”, sarcastically before we left the store. We had an extended return date, longer than 30 days, the glasses are in perfect condition, returned within 9 days of purchasing and they weren’t even worn outside of our house. After reading other reviews, it seems like this is normal behavior from this particular store in a dying mall.
