- JJJustin3 days ago1.00 stars if possible. Let this be a disclaimer to all as I don’t see how this fraudulent company has gotten enough fake ratings to even manage above 2 stars. This is my first month with the company and I was given a faulty device. This device has caused at least two instances where I now have to pay over $150 and they will not get back to me when it comes to incident reports they’ve given me a slight response, but not even addressed all the issues that I had. This is the first month again right around Christmas season and their customer service is terrible. I called today. They refuse to let me talk to any supervisors or give me any updates couldn’t even set up auto pay over the phone so Just goes to show how bad your customer services some foreign person that doesn’t speak English I’m not racist anyway, but they’re just have different areas and none of them are able to communicate with each other so they set it up so there is Can get a proper response from anybody and yeah terrible company they’re trying to rob you and they will install faulty equipment and rob you hundreds of dollars I have not failed for alcohol or anything like that obviously it’s simply just a mechanical failure more specifically with the running checks that they do it will give you a try again Result, and then it will instantly fail you in via lock you. How does an Interlock Device work?
