We spend over $150 in this store only to be treated like trash. We find a shelf with Daiwa poles ranging from $50 - $130 with the attached sign right in the middle of them all. We get to the register and the guy says the pole is $80, we show him a picture of the sign and tell him it should be $20. He politely says I will call my general manager. Walking in from outside carrying a drink, pack of Newports, lighter and keys is a woman dressed like a homeless person smelling like a smoke shop, she walks up to the counter and lays all her belongings down. ( Im sorry but if you are a GM you should look presentable and not smell worse than a smoke shop). The guys starts to tell her whats going on and she cuts him off saying nope, thats not the right pole to that sign. When we try to explain and try to show her the picture of the attached sign she says..... I'll go check it out. Thinking she is going to come back up front and make this right she never returns. We walk back to the poles thinking she's looking at the sign and confirming we are telling the truth, only to find shes done nothing more than remove the sign entirely and she is no where to he found. The workers end up calling her over the intercom twice, about 15 minutes later she walks back up to the front saying that she would not honor the price. I say to her thats fine, Ill reach out to corporate and start walking out the door. She very rudely says fine, have a nice day and laughs. I walk out and then decide that I want to take a picture of the pole we wanted. I walk back into the store asking to take a picture of the pole to which she replys, we dont allow photos to be taken inside the store. I turn to the sales clerk and started to take the picture anyway but decide to descalate the situation and just leave. She yells, did you just take a picture of my associate to which I just kept walking. As we were leaving this woman was standing in the window taking a picture of our tag, so, I just reach my arm out the window and wave. Seriously the audacity of some people. This woman needs to be fired, she's very unprofessional, inappropriate and down right nasty of a human being. I will NEVER go back into this store again. I have called corporate, Im waiting on a call back. I will be calling again on Monday, Im sure they have cameras and can pull this whole thing up to know I am telling the truth. She does not deserve this job and I will make it my mission to let corporate know how this lady is treating customers. She is a complete disgrace!

I have a CCW and they still ran a background check. The background check got delayed and the guy working the gun counter told me that a concealed permit does not allow you to skip the background check in NC per the ATF. That’s total BS. Know you laws if your gonna sell firearms.

Horrible store my husband got followed around like he took something . He had small purse on man purse .He got followed to front so he did’t get the late Christmas shoes he picked out .The entire time I lived in North Carolina and Cali .I never been treated like that .I shopped here many times never had experience like this anywhere more this store .I used to work security we only did follow people if they did steal ridicules.

It was a cold day expecting a winter snow storm when I went in to shop for a pair of waterproof gloves before the impending storm. Manager met me and promptly took me to the wall where the selection of gloves were on display! Gloves were 20% off! Then I bought a toy and got one for free at the register. Associates were friendly and happy to help me with my purchases! The next day I wore those gloves in comfort despite the bitter cold and snowy conditions!
