He was texting when I approached and ignored me and the other couple that was obviously interested in a pair of sunglasses. I asked politely if he could tighten my glasses and he continued texting and got up and walked over and acting like he was annoyed that he had to do his job. He did a terrible job and my glasses were crooked on my face so I asked him if he would please tighten them more and he told me that "that's the way the glasses are, I can't fix the way they fit on your face" I was so annoyed so I left. He was so rude and had a matter-of-fact attitude about him that is unnecessary. I will be driving to Raleigh from now om if I need anything. Sunglass Hut should fire him.
