- BGBob GodardJul 25, 20251.0I had an appointment scheduled with your Greenville office on Wednesday July 23 2025 for 3:30. I arrived on time only to find the door locked. I waited 20 minutes to see if anyone would open up. Needless to say no one did. I drove close to 50 miles round trip for nothing. No one phoned, no email,not anything from anyone. I know things can happen but this is ridiculous. I had to call and reschedule for July 25 at 3:15. No problem. I arrived on time and inquired about the the no show on their part. The employee there said that whomever was scheduled to be there on the 23rd was sent to another location laughingly. I didn’t find it amusing. I am scheduled for my next appointment on September 19th at 3:00. This location has no business phone which I find very odd. A text or or any other type of communication would have been appreciated. This is no way to conduct business in my opinion.

Brand new battery within a month and now it won’t crank. And customer service tells me to get it towed don. And guess who is suppose to pay for that
