Jessica was wonderful, so sweet and helped me pick out a outfit that I loved! She helped get the most bang for my buck! I'm definitely coming back and if you need fashion help ask for Jessica!
- SHShuree HarperDec 13, 20251.0My sister and I came to this location to exchange some jeans she ordered online. The young lady at the cash register was very friendly and accommodating in making the online exchange for us, however she entered the wrong email address for the confirmation and asked one of the assistant managers for assistance. This is when our experience changed! The assistant manager was such an unpleasant person. She dismissively told us to call customer service and there’s nothing she can do. Fortunately another associate overheard the conversation and stepped in to help. He reached out to an office outside of the store and provided us with the assistance we needed. While he was on the phone, I said to my sister at least someone is able to help us. She (the assistant manager) overheard this and became combative and proceeded to argue with my sister and me in the store. We asked to speak with the manager who was over her which was completely useless. She was biased toward her coworker and it was evident that she came out to defend her coworker’s actions rather than improve the service at the store. She apologized without any sincerity and told us that they are stressed this time of year. It felt as though I was in a parody for bad customer service. The moral of this experience is stay away from this location, because according to the head manager some (not all) of the associates there are “too stressed” to properly assist customers.
