  Their customer service is GREAT. I love buying clothes from here. I usually order online because it’s convenient for me, and the staff in the store will always help me if I come in and need to make an exchange or return. There is usually a young man working in the Greenville store (I don’t know his name), and he is always super nice and always willing to help. During Christmas, I was shopping for my boyfriend, and one of the girls that worked there helped me use my reward points and promoted their sales— I bought over $50 worth of clothes that day and only spent $12 out of pocket thanks to her. The store is always kept neat, and they do an awesome job with merchandising from a retail standpoint.
