There was one man working in the men’s department and he said he’d call someone. We really needed lots of help. Fifteen minutes later still no one. Went back to the men’s department and a lady appeared who said she’d been looking for us. I ended up buying 2 pillows and that’s all.i was prepared to spend several hundred dollars but I was so frustrated, we just left. The days of assisting the customer are over! This issue has been a problem for a while ! No one is ever working in the lingerie department, or the plus section, or the jewelry department. If you are able to find something you want to buy you have to search for someone to check you out!

He took his time, made sure everything fit right, and gave honest advice on what looked best. It didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell me something, it felt like he actually cared and wanted me to walk out confident. Because of him, I feel a lot better going into my interview. I really appreciate his help and ask for Matt if you need help!!

I had to call corporate office who sent me to women’s dept to do my refund. Matt needs to pursue his career with a different company as we do not need his snotty attitude in this town.
