She helped me resolve an issue with an online order before, and she assisted me excellently again today. In contrast, the phone customer service kept me waiting all day, and Ms. Jennifer was much more helpful.

Nobody would help him after many associates being called, he waited for over an hour and an half after asking about 4 times for assistance. After the fourth time of asking, an associate said “can someone please come help this man with this safe, so we can get him out of the store”. You would think a customer making such a large purchase (~1K) would have been treated with more respect and would receive better assistance. Even if he had been buying a $5 purchase, he should have been treated with respect. Not sure if we will ever return to the Greenville location. Do better.
