  1 Star – ❌❌❌ IF YOU ARE A POC DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!! THEY WILL NOT SERVICE YOU!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOURE MUSLIM!!! ❌❌❌Disappointing and Unprofessional First Experience This was my first time ever trying to purchase a firearm, and the experience at Sportsman’s Warehouse was extremely disappointing. I spent over an hour in the store just trying to get assistance. I initially asked an employee where I should stand to be helped, and he directed me to wait near the computers. I did exactly that, but after helping others who were ahead of me, I was redirected to same first employee instead of being assisted. The first employee asked me detailed questions about what I was looking for—price range, concealment preferences, safety options—so I assumed I’d finally be shown some products. Instead, he told me he didn’t have time to help and sent me back to the salesman behind the counter. From there, I was left standing and waiting again while employees walked past me or assisted people who had just arrived. What made this especially frustrating was watching other customers receive immediate help—being shown firearms and having them taken off the shelf—while I was still waiting with no assistance. It felt dismissive and intentional at best. The environment in the firearm section was also confusing. There were multiple employees present, but very little actual customer service happening. At one point, it felt like there were more staff than customers, yet no one was available to help me. There were men following me. Walking back and forth..definitely loss prevention on floor walkers for sure… even followed me to the parking lot. Out of curiosity, I checked online reviews while waiting and saw many similar complaints about poor service and lack of responsiveness. Unfortunately, my experience reflected those same issues. By the time I left, I felt frustrated and unwelcome. For a first-time buyer, this was not the kind of guidance or professionalism I expected. I won’t be returning, and I would recommend others—especially first-time buyers and ppl of color—to consider other stores where customer service is a priority. This is how racism shows up in the south. Btw im muslim.. if i wouldve knew this wouldnt be a choice at all. Thankfully my next stop i was able to get my firearms and the whole process took 15mins. Even with records. I have state security clearance duh. Well the other place has a customer for life! S/O to area52!!!

  Very inviting atmosphere clean and the staff are pleasant. So many things to look at and shop for. The kids really love the taxidermy animals in the back. And my husband and myself love the selection of firearms and fishing gear.

  Little ticked off I drove from Charlotte to get a 454 Taurus only to not have a single one even tho you’re website says you do for this location in Greensboro, big waste of my time I’ll take my business to bass pro figure out another way to get a 454
