  If you’re in town and have a need (or want) for some jewelry, I highly recommend asking for Addi here! I stopped in briefly to look at some of their timepieces and had a great experience with her. They even had a very hard to find titanium piece I’ve been searching for and was able to try on! Her customers are so happy, one of them came by and dropped off donuts while I was there (and of course she shared)!!! Addi’s also very prompt and supper accurate with her follow up! I look forward to coming back and will be sure to update this with pictures when my next watch comes in!

  Tiffanie G assisted us with our purchases and she was so very kind and patient. We looked at everything from watches to rings, bracelets, and earrings and she took her time explaining all the nuances of each and every piece. We ended up buying 5 different things! The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I would recommend Tiffanie and Schiffman’s to anyone.

  Excellent place. It’s certainly one of the best places in NC to purchase a timepiece. The reps seem very knowledgeable and are very, very attentive. I’m giving a solid 5 star experience, because I know that they will literally spare no expense to get you the timepiece you want (provided they are licensed to) or get you information on the piece you’re interested in. However, not all reps here are the same. Some clearly prioritize closing over truly servicing a customer; and in a particularly haughty way. I cannot recommend Angelica or Misty enough. They’re made my experience very pleasant.

  I walked into Schiffmans and immediately was offered assistance in my shopping! I was shopping for a ring after having a horrible experience with a jeweler overseas and this experience at Schiffman’s absolutely made up for it thanks to Angelica! I had a 10/10 experience with her. She was amazing the entire time I was in store. She picked out various options for me to try and was patient with my decision- making. I was able to find an amazing purity ring and I’m grateful for the outcome. I love my ring and I can’t stop looking at it! I will now be a continued customer at Schiffman’s and I can’t wait for more to come! 🤍🤍🤍🤍
