- AMAndrea MeyerMar 11, 20261.0I came in today at 6:30pm to return an online defective item. A shoulder bag with straps that fall off your shoulder, which defeats the whole purpose of a shoulder bag. I even demonstrated the bag falling right off my shoulder to the employee. The store employee who helped me was very robotic and not personable at all. In a very dismissive and pretentious way she kept saying that it didn’t matter that the bag was unwearable and I can only have return to store credit since the bag was on final sale. Now, I shop a lot from lululemon and have had plenty of amazing experiences returning things that are both full price and final sale. I also know that exceptions can be made for defective items. I ended up saying that I would call online costumer service and she very firmly said they will not be able to help me. Well turns out that I called them and they did help me and understood the issue at hand by making an exception. It’s not hard to be humble and accommodating to your costumers who spend their hard earned money. To be honest, had she had a better attitude I would have taken the store credit since I shop at lululemon so much. Most lululemon workers I’ve encountered are amazing and deliver great service. However if anyone is ever in a situation like mine please don’t ever let condescending retail workers discourage you from getting assistance elsewhere.
