  How is a worker who makes 12-16$ a hr at best going to scoff at you when you go in to browse because you don’t know what you want to buy ?? Spend your hard earned money elsewhere or online they have zero customer service skills and seem like they have a sense of entitlement.

  First I'd like to say the ladies at Mebane Outlet were great when I visited last week and thank you. Now, the guy in Four Seasons Mall was obnoxious and condescending. I walked in and waited awhile because he was taking care of a couple, while waiting the customer asked his wife, how do I look in these and the employee commented, "The glasses look nice but not sure about the pose you just did." So on to me, he then asks are you trying to exchange glasses and I replied, refund, he then replies in a low voice people buy more than can handle. He then ask did you buy them here and I stated no at the outlets and he said of course you did, I then said I didn't know there was a Sunglass Hut at the mall and he replied, until you had to return them. Then he ask me if I only wore them for the weekend and now returning them and I stated to him that I never wore them after trying them on once. First of all, I don't have to explain how and where I spend my money to him. And with that low paying job he has, there's no room to talk, I make over $100,000/yr take home, and I'm not saying that to be snobbish because that's not me but he really pissed me off and knowing my temper I never really responded because they would've had to call security in there. I will not return to that location or maybe even another Sunglass Hut if they employee people that attempt to belittle their customers. And for the record, I returned them because after a conversation with Lens-crafters I wasn't confident they were able to add the prescription and Ray-Ban was able to do it, so I ordered them online directly from them.

  Went in this afternoon and the two ladies in there were helpful and kind. I kind of knew what I wanted but they still helped, and cleaned the glasses for me.
