  It would be impossible to say all the good things about Schiffmans and Robert who helped us. My wife had been looking for this necklace and we finally found it at Schiffmans. Robert went above and beyond to help us. They did not have the gold one in stock but he found it and got it to Greensboro within 4 days, just in time for Christmas. They even gift wrapped it for us. Quiet class and so courteous. Thank you again Robert and Schiffmans for really making it feel like Christmas.

  Earlier this year I was shopping for a ring for my wife’s birthday and went to several different jewelry stores from the usual ones at the mall to the big chain stores. A friend recommended Schiffman’s in Greensboro, so I went in on a whim when I was passing through. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at ease, never rushed or pressured. The selection of jewelry was truly impressive with a huge variety of styles and options to choose from. While I had a general idea of what I was looking for, I needed some help to narrow down exactly what would work best for my wife. While all of the staff that we dealt with in our many visits were very helpful and friendly, Mrs. Misty Workman stood out and went above and beyond to assist us. She was always ready to assist us and answer our questions, taking her time to meet with us and give us helpful insight. While shopping for my wife's ring, Misty also helped me in choosing a watch from their incredible selection! Win-Win for both my wife and me! Misty’s primary goal was clearly to ensure that what we purchased was the best possible fit for what we wanted. She never once tried to upsell us or steer us toward something just to make a sale. Instead, she listened carefully, offered thoughtful guidance, and made sure we felt confident and happy with our decisions and purchases. Her honesty and genuine care stood out in a way that’s rare to find. It is wonderful to see that some folks still believe in personal relationships and strong customer service. Even after our visits, Misty stayed in touch with us and provided excellent communication. She was quick to let us know when items we had ordered were ready for pick up and always worked around our schedules. That level of follow-through and attention made us feel truly valued as customers. If you’re looking for beautiful jewelry, a comfortable and welcoming environment, and top-tier customer service, I highly recommend Schiffman’s Jeweler’s (and particularly Misty Workman) in Greensboro.   Angelica made my MBA graduation day even more special. My sister and I stopped in so I could treat myself, originally looking for just one pair of earrings. I honestly wasn’t sure what I wanted, but Angelica took the time to listen, guide me, and help me make the right decision. I walked out with two pairs that I absolutely love. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. She spent an incredible amount of time with us, never rushed, and showed me more than I initially asked for. She also introduced me to Omega and Rolex watches, and I ultimately selected a Rolex that I’m eagerly looking forward to receiving. Angelica didn’t just help me find the perfect pieces; she earned my loyalty. I’ve been a luxury jewelry shopper for years, but she introduced me to new brands like Lagos that I now love, and she’ll be the person I return to for all future purchases. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
