  The employees are rude and just disrespectful. I came in ready to shop and they just treated me with nothing but disrespect. This happens every time I go I’ve tried to talk to management about it but they were rude as well. Don’t shop there unless you want your money wasted and your soul token and destroyed.

  As a student I need new clothes all the time and this location never disappoints!! I can always find items that are trendy! And the staff are always extremely nice! Definitely recommend!

  As a person that evaluates businesses in the area, it is not in good taste to call a customer and tell them they need to come pick up their items because you don’t have the space for them when they clarified the process two hours prior before leaving the business. I tried to inform a cashier of this and why it might be important to not do this or maybe even preface it to customers that they could possibly receive a call if you get busy and she basically brushed me off. Take me seriously or not. It’s not a good look and you should stop doing this.That is not part of your process!
