Even companies that want to help employees out by getting them installed on fleet vehicles. The machines are the easiest to use and yes, I have seen some that would confuse some people

My car has been at the shop for a whole week now waiting on Monitech to send them a code so they can disconnect the device and actually work on my vehicle and Monitech is refusing to do so. I have called them numerous times through out the week and they don’t seem to care. The mechanic has emailed and contacted them via phone and they are just giving him the round around. They gave him 4 invalid codes. This is completely unacceptable. Horrible interlock company .
