Every single store associate in the last 10 years always asked but not this guy, and thanks to him my online order got screwed because he wasted cash rewards I had. I didn't wanna use cash rewards for this particular store purchase, but wanted them for my online order. Why did he think he knows what is the best for me and automatically applied them is beyond me. Then I got an email that my online order can't be processed due to issues with rewards and to call them to fix the issue. It wouldn't let me cancel the order online either, says call customer service. I called and the CSR said there is no issue with that order and keeps asking me why I want to cancel it.🤯 I can't get rewards back nor the $15 coupon, and i'm not getting the ordered items either. Train your associates and give them ability to resolve issues when called. Otherwise, you're just stop wasting everyone's time! Why does it take 4-5+ calls and online chats to resolve problems you told us to call about? And when your associates messes up and wastes cash rewards, why is there no option to reverse that? Unbelievable.
