  They don’t answer their phones at all this was a first time experience ordering from them. The fruit it self was perfect but the online glitched and needed to contact store I called various times and multiple times and they just don’t answer with is unacceptable for a business.

  EDITED: Redelivered on 10 Nov 2025, after attempted delivery to a closed building on 7 Nov. Recipient still never received the arrangement because they were away in a birthday trip. 100 dollars down the drain. Pictures were taken by another nurse showing the smashed oranges. "DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!" I wonder if they have any complaints with the Better Business Bureau? On November 6, I went in the store and ordered an arrangement to be sent as a birthday surprise for a nurse at the Kernersville VA Medical Center. The staff in the store was very friendly and knowledgeablel they helped me pick out the best arrangement for her. Maybe I should report this to the better business bureau since this seems to be a continuing issue. The next day, on the 7th I spoke to the nurse to see how she liked her arrangement and she told me she never got it.That was at 2:55 p m.She gets off of work at 3:30 p m., and when she left work, the arrangement still wasn't there. I called the store at 230 p m to discuss the delivery and was told that the deliveries went out a little after 2 o'clock and that they do not guarantee delivery times nor offer refunds or credits. I told the clerk that I would call back right before the nurse got off of work to see what could be done since she left work and the deliverywas not made.She said that when the driver left, he had eleven deliveries to make and they don't control delivery times. I'm not sure what businesses start deliveries in the afternoon, but she said that they had until 5 o'clock to deliver to a business.However, the medical center is not open until 5 o'clock, they start closing around 3:30 depending on the clinics. I called back at 3:39 PM spoke with the clerk again. She told me she had spoken with the manager. Eugene, and he said that it is clear on their website that they don't have guaranteed delivery times but I did not order off the website.I was did a face to face order. So now I am out of a hundred dollars.The recipient never got a gift. This location might not be the best to have something delivered.The person should pick it up and deliver it themselves.But don't trust their delivery service because you won't get the delivery in a timely manner. There were other reviews complaining about the delivery servuce, but I didn't take that to heart.I thought maybe since I went inside to order, I would have a different experience, but that was not the case Times are hard for everybody, and to lose a hundred dollars, and still not have a birthday gift is very disheartening, and I don't have the money to replace the gift. I hope that that location enjoys that return, because I didn't get anything out of it.So I would never be ordering from them again. The arrangement was returned back to the store since it was undeliverable.
