- JWjonathan washingtonApr 1, 20261.0I went with my family to purchase a handgun and the guy named “Joe” working the gun copy tee was extremely rude and lacked customer service. I came in with my family and we walked right by them while he never even acknowledged us. We spent about 5 minutes looking at the selection of guns and while there he stood at the counter with his phone in his hand looking at a video. Never introduced himself, asked us if he could help us find anything, if there was something specific we were looking for…nothing. It felt as though he definitely did not want to help us or want us there for that matter. After realizing he was never going to help me I decided to leave rather than spend my money with somebody like that. So all in all, the sports academy might not be too bad, bud joes attitude sure is.

As an Assistant Store Manager that works in retail, this is not acceptable. Tried to get through different departments and still couldn’t get anybody to answer. Do better Academy!
