- CHCarders HomeJun 22, 20241.0Was sold a new Fireplace. Was told that all would fit correctly. As we specified what we were trying to accomplish for the height. We were ok with the height based on our meeting at their office. The Fireplace starts to go in, and now we are told it has to be built a certain way, because the wall has something in the way. Maybe someone should of come out, and looked first, before telling us everything will turn out the way we wanted it to be, and if there was an issue we could go in a different direction. We were told not our problem you have to keep the fireplace or buy something different. I own a company, and would never just assume all is going to fit, without doing a site survey. Not Acceptable!!

We’ve paid them to come out for an estimate on repairing our fireplace. 8 months ago, we contacted the technician directly. He told us he had quit the company and informed us he was specifically told to keep us in the dark. We contacted the new manager of the company and he assured us that was not the case and he’d make sure to take care of us. That was October. Since then the part that’s been “ordered” for us has either been “broken” or “they sent the wrong part” three times! We call and continuously get the run around. No one returns our calls. They’ve taken our money and our time with nothing in return. Zero professionalism. Terrible customer service. I can’t rate the actual work, becuase they never did anything. Just took our money. Don’t believe me? Check all the other reviews and see for yourself. Customers beware.
