- MNMaria NickolopoulosDec 5, 20231.0If I could have given zero stars I would have. We have been “working” with R-Pro to order/put a new part in our gas fireplace for an entire year. They completely dropped off the face of the planet when we were waiting for a part in late 2022 and then when we contacted them in October 2023 they assured us they were ordering the part and it would be fixed quickly. The part has come in “wrong or broken” THREE TIMES and they refuse to communicate in any productive way even when WE call to get an update. IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SORT OF FIREPLACE NEEDS….DO. NOT.
- CMCandy MartinOct 20, 20231.0I’m posting this for my neighbor who doesn’t use internet: I had R Pro Select come out to fix my gas fireplace. They sent 2 guys out, charged me full price of $160 by check & then said they couldn’t do any checking because they couldn’t get gas to the unit. They said it looked like my tank might be empty and the gauge broken . I called Blossman who came right out, they checked the tank and said it’s half full and that the gauge is working and the gas is on. Blossman immediately turned on my gas fireplace & cleaned it out. I called RPro Select for a refund . The man in the office said he had my check and needed to check with his guys . I never heard back and they cashed my check. Wow! $160 for a wrong diagnosis & no repair from R Pro Select. Just wanted to warn you all of their practice.
