  I was shopping for a strapless bra and for the first time ever I left the store happy. Camille helped me, she made me feel totally comfortable and fitted me perfectly with the first bra she brought me to try on. I left the store with it on. 🥰

  I wanted to take the time to write in about my three most recent store experiences at the Fayetteville, NC, Cross Creek Mall location. I have visited the last three weekends for different reasons. My first visit was to pick up an online order with Ms. Ruth’s assistance. She was very kind, diligent and emphasized the importance of taking care of ourselves as women and the necessity of a comfortable, supportive bra. My experience that day was very heartwarming. My second visit was last Saturday, March 14, where I wanted to browse as the sale of $35.50 was unbeatable. I had also just placed an online order the night before. I came in store requesting to be measured. Ms. Erin assisted me with getting measured and with trying on two bras. The store was so hectic at the time, many customers needing help, the check out line staying busy, but all of the women worked with care and concern for each customer. I love that they ask you your name for a more personal experience. I informed Ms. Erin that after being measured the items I ordered online I knew would not fit so I would be coming in once they arrived (shipped to home) She assured me that would be no problem. I ended up purchasing two bras, two panties and extender hooks with Erin. She was so wonderful, patient and focused on the needs of everyone. My third visit was just yesterday, Saturday, March 21 and I walked in with a tedious request: three different returns/exchanges from three different orders. Megan was a rockstar the entire process, which did take up some time because she assisted me in exchanging some of the items via the store’s online ordering system. Many customer service associates may have become frustrated, impatient but Megan truly treated me with respect, kindness, support and she wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied. She also took the time to inform me of all of my Lane Cash, as well as my Reward Dollars, and how to use them properly. I ended up purchasing panties, Livi Items and some wonderful Clearance items — along with the four bras coming from my exchanges. Ms. Ruth was the only other associate there at the time and trust me when I tell you these women treat everyone with kindness and let them know “we will be with you soon” with care and respect. I am so pleased with my experiences and I will soon be going for a fourth within the span of a month to pick up the online exchanges Megan completed for me. These women are shining stars and I hope that they are recognized for how hard they work and the true kindness and compassion they show to everyone who walks into the store! I typically only shop online to avoid the public and negative experiences but I am so glad I have visited my local Lane Bryant.

  Originally I was going to call Lane Bryant with a complaint. However there was one lady in the store that had such a beautiful spirit that her beauty filled the room and covered the negativity displayed from her coworker. I want to thank Cassie for being very attentive from the moment I opened the door and stepped in the store. She was so attentive that she even picked up on the wrong that I felt was done towards my mother. And I just wish that she was able to be the manager there so that she can teach others how customer service is to be displayed. Thank you again Cassie for your due diligence in providing a great shopping experience for me, my mom and my niece. When I'm back in town I will be back.

  I had the best shopping experience with Alexa. She sized me first and then went on to tell me of the different bras they offered. She was so helpful with finding me exactly what I needed for more support. She was so polite and very friendly. We shared a few laughs together and I felt very comfortable with her in just a short period of time. If you want great service then ask for Alexa. You will not be disappointed. She's awesome!!
