  I needed a Christmas outfit to a party I was going to. I was able to fine a sequins top, flare jacket and dress pants all for 90 bucks and in my size. I will be visiting them again anytime I am looking for a outfits for special occasions..Now the photos of the jacket and pants don't do justice. Both are black in fact the pants have sparkles.

  Have been coming here every year to get family pictures done. Pictures turn out great. We always set an appointment and every year we end up waiting 30 mins to an hour past our appointment time. Might as well set up an appointment and show up late for it so you can just walk right in. Watched people do this every year.

  My experiences are always pleasant. I always go in there to use my jcpenny card but i never have it in my possession. The day after Christmas i went and shopped and told the cashier i was using my card, which i didn't have in my possession as always. Showed my ID and punched in my ss#..He cashed me out so fast and didn't give me time to use my rewards or any coupons. I feel they should ask "do you have any coupons or rewards you want to use "before they hit the cash out button. He didn't try to rectify the situation. That kinda put a bad taste in my mouth.

  Not only were the deals gangbuster (an $85 sharper image car for $30?! Sign me up!!) but the staff were THE BEST! They genuinely cared about helping us find the best deals (Diane & Talum!), they were also cheerful and super quick and efficient. Helped when financially strained, too. And didn’t make me feel about it. Definitely worth coming back!

  My rating is for the cashier staff. I visited this location yesterday and checked out around 2pm. When checking out, there was an elderly man ahead of me who was called up to the register by a young worker. He was also using a cane to ambulate, please note this… he asked the cashier to purchase a gift card not knowing that he had to present the physical card that you can pick out in the check out line. The young cashier looked confused by his question and he tried to explain that he just wanted to purchase a gift card that can buy anything. When she told him he had to bring the card up to the register, he asked her if she could help him out and get him one… she then walked to the other end of the check out counter and consulted with another female cashier. That female cashier said no, he has to go get one and bring it to you. The cashier went back to her station and told the elderly man wearing glasses and using a cane that he had to go and get it himself! Mind you, the line had grown longer. They showed no willingness to help! I asked the cashier to wait and went to the end of the line and retrieved the card for the elderly man and brought it to her! The time she spent acting like she didn’t know what he was talking about or walking over to another worker, she could have gotten the card for him. It was as simple as that and if there is a policy that this store holds that an employee cannot assist a customer then I would suggest you keep some gift cards located at your check out registers. This was so disheartening to witness especially during the holidays!
