The sales associate Darlene is one of the best, she’s such a very knowledgeable salesperson she definitely deserves 5 stars from me every time I enter the store and she’s there. She’s friendly and she acknowledges every customer with a greeting and a smile. Great job Darlene!!!

The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service from Darlene, one of the best sales associates I’ve ever met. Without her help, I honestly would’ve been lost — and probably wouldn’t have purchased anything! Darlene went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive — it felt like having my own personal stylist. She made great recommendations and helped me put together a full outfit that looks fantastic. Thanks to her, I walked out with a complete suit, three dress shirts, and two plain tees, all at great prices. The selection was wide and well-organized, making it easy to find the right fit and style. If you’re shopping for men’s clothing or a new outfit in Fayetteville, do yourself a favor and stop by the Express Outlet — and definitely ask for Darlene. She’ll make your shopping experience effortless and enjoyable!

- JOJuan OchoaAug 2, 20141.0I went to exchange a suit I had received as a gift, but had not received a gift receipt. I needed the suit for when recruiting starts at UNC. The suit was now on sale so all the register rang for this $400+ suit was $83. I was ok with that because they could not know how much had been paid for the item. A sales associate was very helpful in searching for items I could exchange for, but when I went to the cashier, the manager made it nearly impossible to recoup the full $83. No matter how I tried to combine the exchanges she'd come up with some "policy" that didn't allow her to transact. I had to exchange each suit separate individually and could not exchange say the $50 jacket for multiple pairs of underwear. I ended up spending an additional $100 out of pocket to exchange a full suit for two pairs of pants. I was very disappointed. When I told her I felt I was being cheated she just gave me the customer service card and walked away. I was not rude at any time and feel her customer treatment was completely uncalled for. I recommend people not to buy gifts at this express store because of their unfriendly return policy and customer experience from management. Sadly, Juan
