    My husband placed an order for Valentine's day for over $220. All day it remained in "out for delivery" status yet it never got delivered. There was no communication to update him that it wouldn't get there on time and the phone lines were busy until closing. They showed up the next day, the delivery drivers car and items wreaked of Marijuana. My husband informed her that he no longer wanted them because he had to buy from elsewhere since they missed their delivery date. Upon requesting a refund he was told they don't give refunds, only credits. Why would someone want to order from a company that don't honor their contracts or has delivery drivers smoking Marijuana in the car with their product? This is extremely unacceptable and feels more like a scam company than a legitimate business. Do not waste your money or time with this company! Trust the 2.6☆ rating!!!

    Unable to leave zero stars but that’s what I would give them. My husband ordered what was listed in the photo, flowers and strawberries on February 6th to be delivered Valentines Day. Order received by store and that’s all the info we got. Valentine’s Day rolls around, no delivery. No phone call. Silence. At this point, my husband has called several times to confirm the order. We have both since called, submitted customer service claims and after seeing several people post on Facebook, I sent them a DM. Immediately after sending them a message on Facebook we have a full refund. That’s not enough. There’s HUNDREDS of people with the same issue. Why is this company posting on social media that you can order today and have it delivered when there are customers with orders in that are NOT BEING DELIVERED. Don’t waste your time or your money. They won’t answer the phone, you won’t get your order, and if you do happen to pick it up I’ve seen reviews that say even that is a nightmare.

    DO NOT USE FOR VALENTINE’S DAY. I ordered several days before Valentine’s Day online. The order was accepted by the store and scheduled to be delivered on the 14th. The website never indicated that the order was being made. We waited around all day and then went to the physical location at 6:30PM as they were scheduled to close at 7. When I arrived there was a line out the door and down the sidewalk of upset customers with online orders that were not ready or delivered. Several teenage girls were manning the counter and one was laughing and giggling with her coworker. They offered to make it on the spot when I arrived but I could not imagine paying for delivery to my wife and instead sitting in the parking lot for 30 min with my wife and children in the car while they made the order. They did process a full refund but my Valentine’s Day plans were ruined for the first Valentine’s Day of our marriage. The refund was not enough and I will never use this store or recommend it to anyone else. I understand this is a franchise, however the brand is ruined for me permanently.

    I placed an order a week ago to have delivered on valentine's day. It showed up the day after. With the order I bought cards that did not arrive. I purchased a dozen roses with a vase there were only four roses that came. The delivery person said they upgraded the order due to the delay of arrival. The upgrade was a bunch of random flower to include some spray painted flowers.

    So.. my son’s dad was trying to be nice and bought me a gift “from my son”. He said they no longer had delivery as an option. I was supposed to pickup at 1pm. I go there, there’s probably 27.88 people waiting outside. There’s people coming outside every once in a while to take names (useless.) Waiting probably 40 mins outside with my five yr old. Then the manager come out and say “people whose name and number is on the list, stand over here.. people whose name haven’t, stand there.” Whole time when I gave my name, no one asked for my number. I go inside, give a young gentleman my name and number and they say they’ll call when it’s ready. (This around 2pm) me and my son went to Ross, ate at Elizabeth’s Pizza for lunch… still nothing… wait another 45 mins in the car. Decide to go home (I live up the road.) 7PM rolls around (hr til close).. i still haven’t got a call. I just go up there .. maybe if they see face they won’t forget I’m still waiting… still probably 15 ppl waiting inside. Waited another 30 mins or so before I finally get my stuff. 1pm to 7:30 pm… waiting on some dang chocolate strawberries. Absolutely insane. Don’t order for Vday ever. I was hearing stories about people who got delivery and there were all these issues with the truck.. losing orders.. people just asking for refunds etc.
