However, after only being greeted one time by the associate with dark hair and cowboy boots after five minutes of walking around the Coach purses and being ignored the rest of the time I decided to spend my money in a different area. Her behavior was very discouraging. She seemed too occupied with merchandising and had zero intention of offering to help me. I was the only customer in the area the entire time. Another associate with blond hair came into the area, greeted me and struck up small conversation before I left the area. She was very nice but I already made up my mind to leave the area. I ventured off to fine jewelry when I was greeted with a smile by a beautiful young lady named Shayla. She was very friendly, patient, and very willing to help when needed……and she was not overbearing. I ended up making a purchase and she remained kind and easy to talk to throughout the transaction. I ventured off to fragrance and was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Savannah. She was very sweet and kind and though I did not make a fragrance purchase, she ended up assisting me with another purchase. She was very easy to talk to throughout the transaction. I really hope they see this review and I hope Belk recognizes them for their outstanding customer service. Thank you Shayla and Savannah!
