  Spoke with Savannah about a backorder. She was super helpful and very sweet. Original ordering was very easy over the phone as well. Very happy with the service from Castle Uniforms!

  Amazing customer service from celina! I was in desperate need for small uniforms. Not only did she look on the sales floor many times for my size she also went to the back twice. Thank you !

  the customer service was beyond exceptional until the very end when it came time to pay. I was asked if I would like to be put into the system, I said I would not and before I can say why I was told "well that was kinda rude" and the cashier laughs. after I checked out and met up with my friends who were also purchasing items we were told that there was a military discount but it wouldn't apply to our purchase because it was off the clearance rack. yet there were no slash though the price or any indication that the items were clearance items. I asked well what are the original prices of the uniforms and both cashiers ignores me and turned their head like I wasn't even talking to them. we made our purchases and left with out a fuss. but I will never shop here again and I do work at a hospital and will be sure to tell every person I walk past not to shop here and why.
