Growing up in WV we knew the department store as Leggett and then Belk- Leggett. Service is always wonderful and I love their clearance sales! 75% off of end of season name brand clothing. Belk is mostly found in the South East. Living now in Illinois I miss Belk! Returning to North Carolina for vacation allowed me to shop at two Belk locations and take advantage of the great sales and Clinique gift with purchase!!!
