  We walked into Nordstrom on a mission to find jeans for my husband—who, let’s just say, has very strong opinions when it comes to fit, style, and comfort. (I was already bracing myself 😅). Then we met Jordan—and everything changed. She was absolutely phenomenal. Attentive, knowledgeable and somehow managed to make the whole experience actually fun. Jordan knows her brands inside and out—she explained the differences in cuts, fits, and styles like a Pro and guided us straight to options that worked perfectly for him. What really stood out was how far she went to get it just right. She didn’t just sell jeans—she curated the perfect fit. That level of care and expertise is rare. Thanks to Jordan, what I thought would be a dreaded outing turned into a total win. We walked out with the perfect jeans—and zero stress (miracle! 🙌). We won’t shop anywhere else as long as Jordan is there. She’s a rock star. ⭐️

  I never thought I would be so dissapointed and angry at this “My favorite store” Every time I come here I leave with different shopping bags from different departments. I love perfumes, so I have been invited to prívate events including Jo Malone. On march 30th was my boyfriends bday and I decides to run to Nordstrom mens departament to get him a nice cologne. Like any other girl I had to smell at least 4-5 different ones, when I noticed the sales person (older lady) start to follow me and asking me if I was ready to check out but I kindly replied, “No, I am still deciding” then I put the perfume I was holding in my hand down and was headed to the clothing section. As I am walking away and I was with an 8yo mind you. I hear her almost yell to me “would you like anything else with that,(assuming I had stolen the YSL cologne I looked back at her in desbelief and embarrased as hell. She made me stop and she looked around ended with “Oh, you put it back or down idk. It was a Saturday and there were many more ppl shopping and this is the bitter experience I had to walk out with! Terrible

  DELANEY at the men’s perfumes was wonderful, he is a Professional at what he does… he listens to his customers, knows what they want… and he does not try to sell to you so what ever so he can do more sales. His personality, experience, his customer service is beyond amazing.As a business owner, I highly think Delaney should be promoted to a higher position, and paid higher…. For what he really deserves. As a business owners, As big companies like Nordstroms, and others … we need to acknowledge these wonderful talents like DELANEY👏 who put a lot of effort into his work, and gives great customer service to all Nordstroms customers should be rewarded. At the end, it’s a team work… any business or big company would not exisit without DELANEY and the whole team (employees at Nordstroms) 👏🙏🙌 thank you.
