This is the best shopping mall in North Carolina, hands down. It has all the shops and the ambiance is really nice.

I went into H&M for the first time and very rude. The sales associates were to busy talking with each other than engaging with customers, I will never be back again and I live in Charlotte. The one star is for the jewelry they had, I would never spend any money ever in that place. But the other store I went to Barnes and Noble was Excellent and Incredible!! Way to go Barnes and Noble!!

My daughter was unaware of the policy, at 17 years old, that she was not allowed to be at the mall without an adult. Security kicked her out of the closest door without finding where her vehicle was and so towards the end of the night she had to walk all the way around the mall in order to get back to her vehicle I'm still waiting to find out if she got there or not. Security at this mall has no respect. I understand the job, I've done the job but this is not how you treat people. Unacceptably rude. If someone is in your mall and is not allowed to be there and they're compliant and they're being courteous, which my daughter always is, find out where their vehicle is! Instead of making a 17-year-old girl walk almost a mile in the dark to get back to her car. I don't care if it's your policy, you could amend the policy to show a little courtesy.

This is a good mall that has the basics. We primarily went there for to visit Macy's and Sephora, but also made purchases at Williams Sonoma.
Not to be a snob, but having lived in major cities across the country, I am used to high-end malls. I took off one point because this mall seems a little dated; otherwise, they have some good stores and everyone we encountered were very kind and professional.
