He was incredibly knowledgeable about colognes and took the time to help me find the perfect scent for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely present throughout the entire experience. In today’s retail environment, it’s rare to encounter someone who is truly engaged (no earbuds, no phone), just excellent customer service. Eric made the experience enjoyable and stress-free, and that level of care really stood out to me. He truly deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise). Thank you, Eric, for making this such a great shopping experience!
