Especially by your employee Tina in the perfume department. Her trust and understanding of products/clients is exceptional. She knows exactly what I’m looking for when asked about my preferences and shows me all of the new products that fit my style and she really personalizes every experience/interaction and knows every customer. I saw 5 customers walk by within 20 minutes that knew her and greeted her with their families! She is an all around asset to your team. Just had to show my love for your staff and consistency but especially miss Tina! Her smile and attitude are contagious! 🩷
