I bought pants for an international trip 10 days ago and was told they’d be rushed back from hemming in time for my departure. Now they’re “stuck,” no one knows where they are, and no one can tell me when they’ll arrive. And all due to the weather. How can I still receive FedEx, Amazon and UPS packages delivered to my home this week but a business has these issues. Sadly, I also bought a matching sweatshirt, assuming I’d have the full outfit. So guys this was an all in investment! Instead, I’m leaving for Brussels without the pants and without empathy or accountability from the store. Things happen—but the lack of care and pro active communication made this especially frustrating. I have called every day this week checking in on their shipments. Who wants to buy pants and have hemmed that takes longer than 2 weeks.
