- NNNancyNov 22, 20251.0Horrible store manager. Her name is Tony, and she was beyond rude and completely unhelpful. I had to call the back office myself just to fix her mistake. I was also being charged for a perks program that I never signed up for. To this day, I truly believe she enrolled me without my permission when she reached over the PIN pad and accepted a transaction on my behalf. That is completely unacceptable behavior. She is a horrible person to interact with, and I don’t understand how an amazing company like Lane Bryant allows someone like this to represent them. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The rest of the staff, however, are sweet, kind, and clearly doing their best.

Me and my mother went in today looking for bras, and the experience was beyond wonderful. My mom has lost a lot of weight and was struggling to find something supportive that actually fit, and I’ve also had my own struggles being fuller-figured. From the moment we met Toni, she completely changed everything. She is truly an expert in her field. Toni did our sizing, explained everything in detail, and personally helped us in the fitting room with so much patience and kindness. My mom had a lot of questions, and even when I started to get frustrated, Toni never once lost her patience. She gave my mom her full attention and treated her with so much care. For me, Toni helped me find a bra that finally gave me the lift and support I’ve been needing — I walked out of that store feeling more confident than ever. I also learned more about bras and how they should fit in that one visit than I have in my entire life! This was hands down the BEST bra shopping experience I’ve ever had. Toni is amazing at what she does, and Lane Bryant is lucky to have her. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping you, go see Toni. She is the reason I’ll keep coming back.
