Felica helped while I was looking at some of the men’s stuff for my husband, and she found sizes from the back, which was so nice. When I went over to the women's side, Lauren was great. She helped out in the fitting room, found me outfits, was patient with all my questions. She was a kind person who I enjoyed chatting with about stuff totally unrelated to clothes for a while. Overall, a great experience at this J. Crew.
