Thank you to the girls and the manager at the South Point location for assisting me with an exchange yesterday. The staff were very patient, friendly, and willing to help.

The overall service was average. While some staff members communicated well, others could improve their customer interaction. I was sitting in the shoe area waiting for my wife to checkout. An employee decided to placed a box right against my leg without saying excuse me or acknowledging me at all. When I pointed it out, her response was, Sorry, this is the shoe area this person is trying on shoes. A simple excuse me would have gone a long way. Basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to expect.

I bought a few clothes and pants online, but the fit was not good. I’m not a very slim person, so they looked bulky on me. I decided to return them, so I submitted a return request on my phone. However, since I had to go to Southpoint today to pick up my ring, I decided to take the items to the store to return them in person.
For a yoga brand that is priced so high, customer service is supposed to be an important part of the experience. The person who helped me was a tall man with black hair, and his attitude was very unfriendly. He didn’t seem like he wanted to help me at all. After checking my order number, he told me that I couldn’t return the items in the store because I had already chosen the mail-in return option, so I would have to mail them back.
I can understand what he said, but I still think that as customer service—especially when the store was not busy and there were very few customers—he could have called to help me cancel the mail-in return so that I could return the items directly in the store. But he didn’t.
I won’t go back to this store again. For a yoga brand with such high prices, the service is poor and the clothing quality is average at best. Lululemon still offers better value for the price.
