  I am writing this review very seriously after a recent visit that left me extremely uncomfortable. As your first location in North Carolina, customer service should be held to a much higher standard. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that at all. Based on your current 3-star rating, I can now understand why. I was simply browsing and checking whether a pink item suited me. After deciding it didn’t, I politely returned it. From that moment on, the sales associate began watching me very closely in a way that felt excessive and frankly unsettling. I later picked up another item to consider trying on, but changed my mind — which is completely normal shopping behavior. Instead of being treated like a customer, I felt as if I was being monitored and judged the entire time. Let me be very clear: customers who come into your store intending to shop should never feel uncomfortable for simply browsing and making purchase decisions. Shopping is supposed to be an enjoyable experience. When a customer is ready to spend money but leaves feeling disrespected, the store is losing its fundamental purpose. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I strongly recommend management seriously review staff training and customer service standards. Very disappointing.

  I have had great experiences at Alo. Their styles are unique and very comfortable. I have gone into other stores like Lululemon and they never offer to help me so I just walk out. The store is organized and I am always greeted with a smile and someone asking me how they can help. I have received many compliments on the items I have purchased!

  I don't like their customer service. After spending couple thousand on the products. They don't treat customer like how they supposed to. Very sad that a high-end brand like ALO but they don't stand behind their quality. Can't compare to lululemon but they make a return processing so difficult even when their product have low quality

  Thank you to the girls and the manager at the South Point location for assisting me with an exchange yesterday. The staff were very patient, friendly, and willing to help.

  The overall service was average. While some staff members communicated well, others could improve their customer interaction. I was sitting in the shoe area waiting for my wife to checkout. An employee decided to placed a box right against my leg without saying excuse me or acknowledging me at all. When I pointed it out, her response was, Sorry, this is the shoe area this person is trying on shoes. A simple excuse me would have gone a long way. Basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to expect.
