It fell thru the cracks between wooden slats on boardwalk and drowned in the murky waters!! The phone had significant sentimental value because it's a memory of someone who passed away recently! We simply could not afford to lose it! Bob came to our rescue!! Bob went above and beyond to help us. Bob was patient to hear us out, got into a scuba suit and dived into the waters with a rake and extracted the phone! We can't thank Bob enough for this kind gesture! Bob refused to take a penny for this good deed!
