  They are a great company. Great staff I order hates all the time. I forgot with so much going on had a hate mess up and it was replaced. The lady in the office rocks. Even if something happened 3 years ago and I thought I called about it. Inside joke. This is a great company. Love them.

  I've ordered a number of hats from Elite Fire Appearal and have been happy with all of them. However, on the last order, there was a little bleed through of some colors on the passport. I sent customer service a picture around 6pm the day I received the hat, by 10am the following day I had received an email that a replacement was already being made and would be sent out later that day. Awesome customer service. Will definitely continue using EFA.
